Terms and conditions

Decants by Urusa is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Syed Sanaul Haq. Orders are fulfilled directly by us, not through a marketplace or a third-party seller.

We sell decants, samples, partials and retail bottles of designer and middle eastern fragrances. A decant is the original fragrance transferred by hand from a sealed retail bottle into a smaller vial. It is neither diluted nor reformulated.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor of the fragrance houses whose products we decant. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the fragrance contained in a vial.

Every decant is drawn from a sealed retail bottle sourced through legitimate channels. We do not sell imitations, testers represented as retail stock, or reformulated product.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The price payable is the price confirmed at checkout. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. Where we cancel, we refund in full.
• Stock shown on the site is indicative. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials at any point. Your order is confirmed only once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by ourCancellations and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

• Fragrance is for external use on skin or clothing only. Do not ingest.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test on a small area first — this is exactly what a 2ml sample is for.
• Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, open flame and children.
• Fragrance is flammable. Courier restrictions on air transport may affect delivery times to some regions.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
